Squat 1RM Calculator 🏋️

Estimate your one-rep maximum (1RM) for the squat based on a completed sub-maximal set.

1. Lift Details & Units

For 1RM, use a weight you can lift 2-10 times.

2. Estimation Formula

Different formulas yield slightly different estimates.

1RM Formulas Explained

The One-Rep Max (1RM) is calculated by multiplying the weight lifted ($W$) by a factor derived from the number of repetitions ($R$).

Epley Formula (Most Popular)

$$ 1RM = W \times \left(1 + \frac{R}{30}\right) $$

Brzycki Formula

$$ 1RM = W \times \frac{36}{37 - R} $$

Lander Formula

$$ 1RM = W \times \frac{100}{101.3 - 2.67123 \times R} $$

Lombardi Formula

$$ 1RM = W \times R^{0.1} $$

Note: These formulas are **estimates** and may deviate significantly from your true 1RM, especially at higher rep counts (10+ reps) or for less experienced lifters.
